Our standard server support packages provide regular security updates for your server & supported software, performance monitoring, service monitoring, and a 2 hour incident response guarantee. Standard support also includes access to our experienced technical support staff. Support is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bundled with our VPS, dedicated, and colocation services, our support provides a tremendous value.

Status monitors determine the state of any service running on your system. NTP, SSH, CPU load, Disk Usage, RAID Status, and Memory/Swap stats/usage monitoring are included with all Standard Support levels free of charge.

All of our support tiers comes with managed DNS. Host your domain names on our redundant, multi-location DNS servers. Our redundant setup assures that DNS for your domains are available 24/7!
